ATS has an opportunity for an Accounts Payable Officer (6 Month, Fixed Term Contract, 5 days per week) to join the team at our Albury office. ATS are willing to consider 4 days per week for the right candidate with a positive, can-do attitude.
The Accounts Payable Officer has a reporting line to the Commercial Manager. This position has the responsibility for providing the Accounts Payable function and being the face of the business upon arrival to ATS. This position will also provide administrative support to the General Manager. Other responsibilities for this position will include maintaining accurate business records, registers, coordinating travel bookings, fleet management and corporate services inventory management.
To be considered for the position, you will be required to possess and demonstrate competency in the below.
- A minimum of 2 years’ Accounts Payable experience and Reception/Front of house experience.
- A professional attitude and the ability to work within a team environment and independently.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Post-secondary qualification in Business Administration/Finance preferably at Cert IV at a minimum.
- Experience in Odoo ERP will advantageous but not essential.
- The ability to work autonomously, prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively, with high level of attention to detail.
- The ability to work well in a team environment.
- Demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness, and integrity.
- Proficient computer, numerical and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement.
